You are here because you have been a long time supporter and friend of Tom Pacheco, or are an artist who has expressed interest in covering one of his songs for this tribute.
Tom’s career as a songwriter and performer spans over a period of more than 60 years. Tom took a fall about 3 years ago from which he continues to heal. He has been unable to perform, though is still writing songs. He appreciates all of the kindness he has received from his friends.
A few months ago, Tom was given an award from the Antonia and Vladimer Kulaev Cultural Heritage Fund (AVK), naming him “Artist of the Year”, along with a small stipend. We have been asked by the foundation to create a virtual concert, which will include video remembrances from friends, along with performances of artists covering his songs.
We will combine your submissions into a full video, blending testimony and song, as a live YouTube event – as well as other locations to be determined.
